Danville- Robin Elizabeth Young, 43 of Danville, died Monday, June 18, 2007 at Beth Israel Hospital in Boston MA of injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident.

She was born October 9, 1963 in Exeter, NH, a daughter of Harlan N. and Elizabeth J. (Gilmore) Tozier of Brookfield, NH.

Robin was raised in Newton, NH and was a graduate of Sanborn Regional High School.  She received her Associate’s degree in Business Administration from Northern Essex College.

A caring and generous wife, mother and daughter, her family came first and foremost.  With endless patience and grace, she dedicated her life to her children, Taylor and Sean.  Never losing sight of the wonders and joy of childhood, she left behind family and countless friends who have embraced her enthusiasm for the pleasures of life.  Among those pleasures are creating lasting memories with her children, camping, quilting, scrapbooking, stenciling, cooking, and physical fitness, and recently she took up running and was to compete in a road race with her sister, Darcy.  Robin also had a deeply rooted connection and love of animals.

In addition to her parents, Robin’s family members include her husband of 20 years, Roger S. Young of Danville, a son, Sean R. Young, a daughter, Taylor E. M. Young, her sister, Darcy J. Tozier of Whately, MA. and her faithful running companions, her dogs Gracie and Shelby.

A Celebration of Robin’s Life will be held Friday from 5-8 PM at the Stockbridge Funeral Home, 141 Epping Road, Exeter.  Relatives and friends are respectfully invited.  Family flowers only.  If desired donations may be made to the Community Bank & Trust for the Taylor and Sean Young Educational Fund, P.O. Box 1648, Plaistow, NH 03865.  Private burial will be in the Fowler Mills Cemetery, Wonalancet, NH.

You can shed tears that she is gone
or  you can smile because she has lived.
You can close your eyes and pray that she’ll come back or you can open your eyes and see all she’s left.
Your heart can be empty because you can’t see her or you can be full of the love you shared.
You can turn you back on tomorrow and live yesterday or you can be happy for tomorrow, because of yesterday.
You can remember her, only that she’s gone or you can cherish her memory, and let it live on.
You can cry and close your mind, be empty and turn your back or you can do what she’d want:  smile, open your eyes, love and go on.
