Helen L. Wilder
Helen L. Wilder of 28 Franklin Street, Somersworth, NH passed away on October 5th surrounded by family after a brief illness. Helen lived independently up until her brief illness.
The daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. William and Helen Wright, she was born in Dallas Texas, May 24, 1924.
At a young age she moved to New York where she met and married her husband the late William S Wilder then shortly after moved to Somersworth, NH where she spent the rest of her life.
Helen worked at Clarostat Manufacturing in Dover, NH as an assembler where she retired with 30 years of dedicated service.
She enjoyed playing bingo every week and being socially active with friends.
Helen is survived by her son David Wilder, son Edwin Wilder and wife Gretchen. She had three grandchildren, Timothy Wilder and wife Amber, Matthew Wilder and wife Jessica, Megan Sprague and husband Michael. She also had four great grandchildren that she loved dearly, Kaydence, Jayden, Mason and Riley. Grammie was lovingly adored and will be sorely missed.
Services will be held at the Faith Baptist Church, 25 Cemetery Road, Somersworth, Wednesday at 11 AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made in her memory to the Faith Baptist Church. Burial will be private.
