Bruce E. Walker
Fremont – Bruce E. Walker, 53, of Fremont died peacefully in his home June 17, 2008 surrounded by his family.
He was born April 3, 1955 in Exeter, NH, the son of Byron and Betty Walker. He remained in Fremont, New Hampshire most of his life, close to the family and friends that he so cherished. Bruce proudly served his country in the US Army at the end of the Vietnam era. In recent years he began pursuing a degree in photography, one of his many passions.
He is survived by his children, Mark Gildner, Sean Forester, Suzanne Balcom, Danielle Pinette, Heather Walker, Keith Carr, William Wylde, 13 grandchildren, one great grandchild, his father Byron Walker, mother Betty (Yeany) Walker, his sisters Joyce Enos, Carol Sweatt, Marty Shaw, Ginny Ford, Beth Walker, many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and a multitude of foster children.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at Stockbridge Funeral Home (www.stockbridgefh.com) in Exeter NH on Saturday June 21, 2008 at 1pm. All are welcome to attend this Celebration of Life. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Rockingham VNA/Hospice, 137 Epping Road, Exeter, NH 03833 or the Center for Cancer Care at Exeter Hospital, 5 Alumni Drive, Exeter, NH 03833.
