Margaret A. Tunstall
Exeter - Margaret A. Tunstall, 85, of Exeter died October 11, 2009 at her home surrounded by her family.
She was the widow of Howard W. Tunstall, Jr.
She was born April 21,1924 in Easton, PA the daughter of the late Kenneth and Susan Michler.
She and her late husband moved to Exeter from Peaks Island, ME in 1977. Maggie was the Office
Manager for Drs. Spengler and King in their practice for many years.
Family members include her children, Trish Simon and her husband, Russ of Newmarket, NH
Susan Childs of Exeter NH, Meg Deering and her husband, Paul of Christmas, FL, Sam Tunstall
and his wife, Judi of Exeter NH and Nancy Tunstall of Manchester NH. Her grandchildren, Josh Simon and his wife, Luciana and their son, Tyler of Springfield PA, Kate and Whitney Childs, Jared, Conor and Ryan Deering, Hannah Tunstall, Mary Elizabeth and Nikki Virnelli, and also her sister, Mary Jane Ricker of Camp Hill PA.
WE REMEMBER: Our beloved Mom, Grammie, Meme, and Maggie's extraordinary life filled with
adventure, style and her signature humor. We will never forget her love for her family, her loyalty
to her friends, or her written sign-off of "XOXO" letting us know we were always in her thoughts
no matter how far we traveled from home.
A private family memorial is planned followed by a neighborhood Open House during the holiday
season. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Seacoast Hospice, 10 Hampton Road,
Exeter, NH 03833. Arrangements are by the Stockbridge Funeral Home, Exeter.
