Frank R. Tardiff, Jr.
Exeter – Frank R. Tardiff, Jr, 76, of Exeter died Wednesday, November 16, 2011 at Langdon Place of Exeter with his wife at his side.
A lifelong resident, he was born here March 23, 1935 the son of the late Frank R. and Florence (MacDougall) Tardiff.
He was a graduate of Exeter High School and served with the US Marines in Korea. Frank worked for the Phillips Exeter Academy grounds department and was a Letter Carrier for the Exeter Post Office for many years. He was a member of the American Legion Post #32 of Exeter.
Family members include his wife, Barbara Jane Tardiff of Exeter, her children, Karen, Stephen, Dennis and Bruce Pelletier, 3 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren. Also survived by many friends.
He was predeceased by Jane’s son, Andrew Pelletier, Jr.
Services will be held at the Exeter Cemetery, Saturday at 2:30 PM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited and may visit with the family, Friday from 4-7 PM at the Stockbridge Funeral Home, 141 Epping Road, Exeter. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Sol Amor Hospice, 65 Lafayette Road, Ste. 302, North Hampton, NH 03885.
