Floyd E. Sanders
East Kingston – Floyd E. Sanders,67, of East Kingston died Saturday, December 24, 2011 at the Exeter Healthcare.
He was born July 17, 1944 in Oneonta, NY the son of the late Leonard and Esther (Hall) Sanders.
Mr. Sanders was raised in Oneonta, NY and was a graduate of Oneonta High School. He lived most of his life in East Kingston and worked for Market Basket in Salem, NH for many years.
A devoted husband, father and grandfather he enjoyed woodworking, bowling and spending time with his grandchildren.
Family members include his wife of 45 years, Suzanne (Connolly) Sanders of East Kingston, his children, Floyd E. Sanders, Jr. and his fiancé, Toni Vaccaro of Exeter and Laurie Roy and her husband, David of Epping, his granddaughters, Abigail and Annalee Roy of Epping, his brother Ernest Sanders of NY.
A Celebration of his life will be held at the Stockbridge Funeral Home, 141 Epping Road, Exeter, Friday at 11 AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited and may visit with the family at the funeral home Thursday from 6-8 PM. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Rockingham VNA/Hospice, 137 Epping Road, Exeter, NH 03833. Burial will be in Hillside Cemetery, East Kingston.
