Stratham - Carolyn C. Rowe, 56 of Stratham died suddenly October 10, 2012 at her home.

She was born October 23, 1955 in Exeter, NH the daughter of Christopher T. and Joyce A. (Barker) Rowe, Sr. of Stratham.

Carolyn was a 1973 graduate of Exeter High School and attended White Pines Business School in Chester. She was a Real Estate Broker for over 30 years working for several area realtors. She also ran a variety store in Portage Lake, Maine and most recently was employed at the Holy Grail Restaurant.

She was very devoted to her family and especially to her 12 nieces and nephews, two of which are her God Children. She enjoyed skiing, boating, and had a love for cooking (her family always enjoyed her special dishes during the holidays and weekends). Carolyn will be remembered for her contagious smile and laugh.

In addition to her parents, family members include her siblings; Christopher T. Rowe, Jr and friend Beth, Kevin Rowe and his wife Sandy, Keith Rowe and his wife DeeDee, Scott Rowe and his wife Julie and Kathryn "Dede" Nichols and her husband Mike.

Visiting hours will be held Monday, October 15th from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Stockbridge Funeral Home, 141 Epping Road, Exeter, NH. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited. A celebration of her life will be held at the Stockbridge Funeral Home, on Tuesday, October 16th at 1:00 pm. Burial will be private. Family flowers only. If desired donations may be made to the Stratham Community Church, 6 Emery Lane, Stratham, NH 03885.
