Kathleen F. Robinson
On November 4th, 2016, Kathleen “Francis MaGilicuddy Hines” Robinson of Salsbury, MA passed peacefully at the age of 55 with her family by her side.
Kathleen was a unique old soul known by many and loved by most. She was the daughter of Margaret “Peg” Hines Crawford of Wolfeboro Falls, NH, the late Edward Thomas Hines Jr. of Wolfeboro, NH and step daughter to Hugh Crawford of Wolfeboro Falls, NH. She leaves two daughters, Megan Hines Blanchard of Barrington, NH and Anna Maureen Robinson of Raymond, NH as well a Granddaughter Macie Megan McMullin who lovingly called her “Mumma’s Mumma”, siblings Edward T. Hines of Wolfeboro, NH, Colleen Hines of Newmarket, NH, Maureen Olsen of San Diego, CA and Timothy Hines of Washington, D.C., a special Aunt and God Mother, Deb Henderson of Troy, NY and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Kathleen graduated from Sanborn Seminary in Kingston, NH and attended Northern Essex College. In her early years, she was an avid skier and loved camping and softball. In her later years, she had a passion for decorating and especially loved entertaining and welcoming friends and family into her home. Kathleen eventually discovered a love of retail and opened two stores, Sweet Annie’s in Exeter, NH and E.T. Hines Mercantile in Sanbornville, NH and Wolfeboro Falls, NH. She loved being a mother and she adored her granddaughter.
Sunday, November 13th from 1-4 pm, her family will hold an informal celebration of Kathleen’s life at the Station 19 restaurant at 37 Water Street, Exeter, NH. In lieu of flowers, her family requests donations be sent to Wolfeboro Area Children Center at 180 South Main Street Wolfeboro, NH, or the Lakes Region Humane Soceity.
