General Price List

These prices are effective as of October 1, 2012, but are subject to change without notice. This list does not include prices for certain items that you may have to purchase, such as cemetery or crematory services, flowers, or newspaper notices. The prices for those items will be shown on your bill or the statement of funeral goods and services that you selected.

A. UNIT SERVICE CHARGES

Offering A: Traditional Funeral - $5075

Local transfer of deceased to funeral home, services of funeral director and staff, use of facilities and equipment, local obituary notice (basic fee), funeral ceremony at our chapel or ceremony in other facility, committal ceremony at graveside, embalming and other preparation of deceased, local use of funeral coach, lead/flower car and service car, register book, acknowledgement cards and memorial folders or prayer cards.

Offering B: Traditional Funeral for Cremation - $4530

Local transfer of deceased to funeral home, services of funeral director and staff, use of facilities and equipment, local obituary notice (basic fee), funeral ceremony at our chapel, embalming and other preparation of deceased, register book, acknowledgement cards and memorial folders or prayer cards.

(Additional motor equipment is required when ceremony is in other facility)

Offering C: Graveside Funeral - $3235

Local transfer of deceased to funeral home, services of funeral director and staff, use of facilities and equipment, local obituary notice (basic fee), other preparation of deceased, ceremony at graveside and local use of funeral coach and service car.

Offering D: Direct Cremation with Memorial Service and Burial of Cremated Remains - $3930

Local transfer of deceased to funeral home, services of funeral director and staff, use of facilities and equipment, local obituary notice (basic fee), committal service at graveside, local use of funeral coach and service car, register book, acknowledgement cards, memorial folders or prayer cards, and service in our funeral home or other facility.

Offering E: Direct Cremation with Memorial Service - $3635

Local transfer of deceased to funeral home, services of funeral director and staff, use of facilities and equipment, local obituary notice (basic fee), with local use of funeral coach and service car, register book, acknowledgement cards, memorial folders or prayer cards, and service in our funeral home or service in other facility.

Offering F: Direct Cremation with Burial of Cremated Remains - $1935

Local transfer of deceased to funeral home, services of funeral director and staff, use of facilities and equipment, local obituary notice (basic fee), service at graveside, and local use of funeral coach and service car.

Offering G: Direct Cremation without Memorial Service - $1345

Local transfer of deceased to funeral home, services of funeral director and staff, use of facilities and equipment, and local obituary notice (basic fee).

[Note: Offerings F and G include only a portion of our charge for the Basic Services of Funeral Director

and Staff. Any additional use of our services or facilities will require the full charge of this fee plus the

additional services and or facilities fee requested.]

Direct Cremation - $1345 to $1435

Direct cremation with container provided by purchaser: $1345

Direct cremation with alternative container provided by funeral home: $1435

(These charges include local transfer to funeral home and crematory, shelter of deceased, and necessary services of staff and authorizations. These charges may not include visitations, rites, or ceremonies).

If you want to arrange a direct cremation, you can use an alternative container. Alternative containers encase the deceased and can be made of materials like fiberboard or composition materials with or without an outside covering. The container we provide is a pressed wood product, which may be provided by the purchaser, providing it meets the State of New Hampshire's specifications.

Anatomical donation - $1345

This charge includes local transfer to funeral home, shelter of deceased, and necessary services of staff and authorizations. These charges do not include visitations, rites, ceremonies, or transportation to medical school. Some medical schools will pay a portion of this charge. Arrangements with a medical school should be made before the death has occurred.

Immediate burial - $2745 to $3360

Immediate burial with casket provided by purchaser: $2745

Immediate burial with gray cloth covered softwood casket selected from funeral home: $3360

Immediate burial with casket selected from funeral home (in addition to cost of casket): $2745

These charges for immediate burial, without any attendant rites or ceremonies, include local transfer to funeral home, shelter of deceased, local transportation to cemetery, necessary services of staff and authorizations. Casket and, if required, outer burial container must be selected or provided by purchaser.

Forwarding Deceased to Another Funeral Home

With minimum shipping container: $1925

With casket selected from our funeral home (in addition to the cost of the casket): $2175

These charges include local transfer of deceased to funeral home, necessary services of staff, embalming, authorizations, and transportation to airport. These charges do not include visitation, rites or ceremonies prior to forwarding of the deceased.

Receiving Deceased from Another Funeral Home

With funeral ceremony at funeral home or other facility: $3355

With graveside ceremony only: $1435

With No Service: $950

These charges include temporary shelter and local transportation of deceased to cemetery, necessary services of staff and authorizations. These charges do not include use of facility for visitation/wake.

The goods and services shown below are those that we can provide to our customers. You may choose only the items you desire. However, any funeral arrangements you select will include a charge for our basic services and overhead. If legal or other requirements mean you must buy any items you did not specifically ask for, we will explain the reason in writing on the statement we provide describing the funeral goods and services you selected. This list does not include prices for certain items that you may have to purchase, such as cemetery or crematory services, flowers or newspapers notices. The prices for those items will be shown on your bill or the statement of funeral goods and services that you selected.

B. PROFESSIONAL SERVICES

Basic Services of Funeral Director and Staff - $2095

Our fee for the services of funeral director and staff includes, but is not limited to, staff to respond to initial request for service; arrangement conference with family and or/responsible party, arrangement of funeral; preparation and filing of necessary authorizations and permits; recording vital statistics; preparation and placement of obituary notices; staff assistance prior to, during and following the funeral, including coordination with those providing other portions of the funeral, e.g. cemetery, crematory and others.

This fee for our basic services and overhead will be added to the total cost of funeral arrangements you select. This fee is already included in our charges for direct cremations, immediate burials, and forwarding or receiving remains.

The funeral home has also incorporated into the above fee a basic facilities charge of $850 which is a proportional charge used to meet overhead expenses such as professional licensing, legal and accounting fees, insurance, building and utility expenses, parking lot and grounds maintenance, taxes, equipment, furnishings, inventory costs, record keeping, secretarial and administrative expenses.

Embalming: the professional preparation, disinfection and care of the deceased - $795

Except in certain special cases, embalming is not required by law. Embalming may be necessary, however, if you select certain funeral arrangements, such as a funeral with viewing. If you do not want embalming, you usually have the right to choose an arrangement that does not require you to pay for it, such as direct cremation or immediate burial.

Other Preparation of Deceased

Refrigeration of deceased (storage charged per day or portion thereof): $60

Dressing, casketing and standard cosmetology: $300

Dressing and casketing unembalmed remains: $200

Casketing with burial pouch and surface disinfecting powder when embalming is not requested (may be necessary in certain cases): $200

Special care of autopsied remains

Partial autopsy: $50

Complete autopsy: $100

Organ, Bone, Skin Donation: $200 ~ $300

C. ADDITIONAL SERVICES AND FACILITIES FEES

Visitation at the funeral home / per Hour $200

One day visitation/wake (two sets/four hours): $800

One-half day visitation/wake (one set/two hours): $400

Private Family Viewing (up to one hour): $100

(Our services will include visitation setup, use of facilities for visitation, placement of deceased, and display of floral arrangements, and supervision and attendance during visitation)

Visitation at Other Facility: $250

(Our services will include local transportation of encased remains, visitation setup, placement of deceased, or urn and display of floral arrangements. This charge is in addition to any charges, if any assessed by the 'Other Facility')

Arrangement, direction and supervision of funeral ceremony at funeral home: $695

Arrangement, direction and supervision of funeral ceremony at other facility (includes gathering before mass if applicable): $695

Arrangement, direction and supervision of graveside or committal ceremony/service (with casketed remains): $295

Arrangement, direction and supervision of graveside or committal ceremony/service (with cremated remains): $295

Arrangement and coordination with clergy, cemetery, organist, soloist, etc. for family to direct or supervise in other facility or cemetery or both without funeral director present: $275

In order to provide for the immediate needs of the families we serve, delayed services or gatherings which are scheduled for weekends and holidays may be subject to a surcharge of $275. This fee would be waived for services or gatherings held on the weekend or holiday within three days of the decedent's passing.

Process New Hampshire Death Certificate & Issue New Hampshire Burial Transit Permit: $50

D. AUTOMOTIVE EQUIPMENT

All automotive charges are based on a local service area of 20 miles, the first additional 100 miles are charged at $3.00 per mile one way, and $2.00 per mile thereafter.

Transfer of deceased to funeral home within 20 miles: $275

Funeral coach on day of funeral: $295

Limousine on day of funeral: $295

Flower car or lead car on day of funeral: $250

Service Car/Utility Vehicle: $75

Service vehicle used in place of funeral coach on day of funeral: $100

E. FUNERAL MERCHANDISE

Caskets are available from $595 to $7250 (a complete price list will be provided at the funeral home)

Outer burial containers are available from $955 to $9000 (a complete price list will be provided at the funeral home)

Urns are available from $100 to $3100 (a complete price list will be provided at the funeral home)

Cremation containers are available from $90 to $1825 (a complete price list will be provided at the funeral home)

Alternative container (minimum priced wood base tray with corrugated cover): $90

(No representations are made that use of a casket or outer burial container will delay the decomposition of the deceased for a long or indefinite time. Casket, outer burial container and urn may be selected or provided by the purchaser)

Basic Register book, 50 acknowledgement cards and 100 memorial folders or prayer cards: $175

Standard Register book, 50 acknowledgement cards, 100 memorial folders or prayer cards: $225

Premium Register book, 50 acknowledgement cards, 100 memorial folders or prayer cards: $250
