Nancy Sanborn Lavigne Paquet


Exeter – Nancy Sanborn Lavigne Paquet, 85, of Exeter died suddenly Tuesday, June 19, 2012 on her birthday at her home.

She was born June 19, 1927 in Fremont, NH the daughter of the late Curtice and Dorothy (True) Sanborn.

She was a graduate of Sanborn Regional High School, and lived most of her life in Exeter.  She worked for the New Hampshire Department of Motor Vehicles in Epping for many years, prior to this she worked for the Town of Exeter.

Family members include her children, Ann D. Cannon, her sons, Wayne C. Lavigne and Tim Lavigne, her grandchildren, Eric Knapp, Kate Lavigne, Emilee Lavigne, Marissa Lavigne, Brian Lewton and Ian Lewton, her sister, Carolyn Larson, her daughter in laws, Brenda Lavigne,  and Lori Lavigne, also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Nancy was predeceased by her husband, Donald E. Lavigne and her son, Donald E. Lavigne, Jr.

A celebration of her life will be held Friday, June 22, 2012 at 1 PM at the Stockbridge Funeral Home, 141 Epping Road, Exeter.  Relatives and friends are respectfully invited and may visit with the family from 11 AM until 1 PM the hour of the service.  Burial will follow in the Exeter Cemetery, Exeter.  Family flowers only.  If desired donations may be made to the Rockingham VNA/Hospice, 137 Epping Road, Exeter, NH  03833.
