Kathleen Mary Oliveira
North Hampton - On September 10th 2016 Kathleen passed peacefully surrounded by her family while at home. She fought a courageous battle with cancer for four years. She was born in Ipswich Massachusetts and lived in Amesbury Massachusetts where she graduated from Amesbury High School.
After finishing high school she met the love of her life, Joseph Oliveira and got married in 1978. They welcomed their one and only child, Michael. Kathy spent her professional career as a dry cleaner having the opportunity to work with a lot of Boston Sports Legends while at North Andover Dry Cleaners. She then finished her career at Hampton Cleaners and retired to tend to her twin grandsons, Logan and Cooper.
Kathy was a dedicated mother, wife and grandmother and lived her life to the fullest. She sacrificed herself time and time again for her family. Kathy was a wonderful cook and enjoyed cooking large meals for family gatherings and finishing out a tradition that will continue on to the next generation of having “pasta Wednesdays.”
Kathy leaves behind her husband of 37 years, Joseph and son Michael and his wife Stephanie as well as soon to be born baby boy. She also leaves her two grandchildren Logan and Cooper. Kathy came from a large family and leave behind her sisters, Linda Knower, Donna Murphy, Cindy Healy and brothers David Paquin and his wife Doris, and brother Robert Paquin and his wife Linda. Kathy’s also leave her mother, Sally Paquin.
Visitation with be at Stockbridge Funeral Home, 141 Epping Road, Exeter on Friday, September 16th 2016 from 6 pm-8 pm. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited. Burial will be private.
