Daniel Lowell Moreau
Nottingham-Daniel Lowell Moreau past away on Sunday, September 3, 2017, after a courageous battle with cancer.
He was born in Exeter NH on January 2, 1945, the youngest son of the late
Doria A. and Elizabeth (Chipman) Moreau.
He was a graduate of Exeter High School, and served in the US Army during
the Vietnam War. A tool and die maker by trade, throughout the years, he
worked at Kingston Warren, GE, Heidelberg Harris, S & J Transportation, and
the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard. He was a proud member of the NRA, a big fan of UNH hockey, and attended countless racing events throughout the years.
He was much loved by those who knew him, very selfless and would give you
the shirt off his back if you needed it.
He is survived by his children, Tracy of Dover NH and Jacob of Newmarket NH, brother Robert and his wife Sandra Moreau of Exeter NH, brother David Moreau of Exeter NH, and several cousins, nieces and nephews.
Visiting hours will be held at the Stockbridge Funeral Home, 141 Epping Road
Exeter, NH on Saturday, September 9, 2017 from 10 am-12 pm, followed by a
Celebration of Life service. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to
the American Red Cross and blood bank, and Leukemia Research Foundation.
