Stratham – Joanne E. LePage, 83, of Stratham died Tuesday, December 8, 2015 at the Exeter Hospital surrounded by her family.

She was born August 25, 1932 in Keene, NH the daughter of the late William W. and Hilda M. (Nisbet) Wooldridge.

Joanne was a graduate of Dover High School. She was a teacher’s aide for many for several area school systems. She also served as the wedding planner and hostess at Blackyre Castle in Lennox, MA and worked for the Exeter Inn for many years.

She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother who had a contagious laugh.

She lived in Dover, Exeter, Pittsfield, MA and Keene, retiring to Stratham in 2005. She was a member of the Christ Church Episcopal of Exeter.

Family members include her husband of 48 Years, Paul A. LePage, her children, Michael Towle, Shelley Towle, Marty Towle and Nancy Couture, her grandchildren, Allison Gibbs, Evan Towle, Melanie Curtis and Emily Carey.

She was predeceased by her brother, William W. Wooldridge, Jr. and sister, Dorothy A. Roux.

Services will be held at the Christ Church Episcopal, Pine Street, Exeter, Monday at 11 AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited and may visit with the family, Sunday from 2-4 PM at the Stockbridge Funeral Home, 141 Epping Road, Exeter. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the NH & MA Alzheimer’s Association, 480 Pleasant Street, Watertown, MA 02472. Burial will be in the Exeter Cemetery, Exeter.
