Family members include his wife of 43 years, Bernadette F. (Costigan) Kelly , sisters in law, Kathy James, Barbara Costigan, brother in law, Kenneth Costigan and nephew, Kevin Costigan.
Services will be held at the Stockbridge Funeral Home, 141 Epping Road, Exeter, Wednesday at 11 AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited. If desired donations may be made to the Rockingham VNA/Hospice, 137 Epping Road, Exeter, NH 03833. Burial was in the Exeter Cemetery.
