William A. Houde
East Kingston – William A. Houde, 72, of East Kingston died Sunday, December 7, 2014 at the Exeter Hospital with his loving family by his side.
He was born November 5, 1942 in Lowell, MA the son of the late Raymond and Juliette (Madore) Houde.
He was raised in Lowell and was a graduate of Lowell Vocational High School. He lived most of his life in North Andover, MA before moving to East Kingston, NH. He was an Electrician working for AT&T for over 30 years.
He was a communicant of St. Michael Church, Exeter and enjoyed traveling and reading. He was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather and especially enjoyed time spent with his grandchildren.
Family members include his wife of 47 years, Linda M. (Gagnon) Houde of East Kingston, his children, Michelle Dorsey and her husband, Steve of Mooresville, NC, Lisa Felch and her husband, Rich of Pittsboro, NC, and William A. Houde, Jr. and his wife, Melissa of Sutton, MA, his grandchildren, Emily, Megan, Ainsley, Tabitha, Claudia and Julia, his brother, Raymond Houde of Lowell, MA.
A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at St. Michael Church, corner of Front and Lincoln Streets, Exeter, Friday December 12th at 11 AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited and may visit with the family Friday from 9AM until 10:30 AM at the Stockbridge Funeral Home, 141 Epping Road, Exeter, NH. Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery, Epping, NH.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society or St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
