William F. Forman
Lynn - William F. Forman, 88, of Lynn died Friday, July 15, 2016 at the Life Care Center of the North Shore after a brief illness.
He was born in Lynn, MA, March 24, 1928 the son ofthe late William F. Sr and Cara (Hahner) Forman.
Mr. Forman lived most of his life in Lynn and received his GED while serving in the US Navy. He worked as a draftsman for many years at the Navy Yard in Boston till 1974 and also for General Electric in Lynn
as a draftsman until his retirement.
He was a life member of the American Legion Post #6 of Lynn, he enjoyed gardening, playing cribbage and traveling with his wife, especially the cruises.
He was predeceased by his wife, Alva (Dorman) Forman and his daughter, Sally LeBlanc.
Family members include his sons, Richard T. Forman and William F. Forman, his daughters, Nancy Kimball, Linda Bell, Beth Forman, 10 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
At Mr. Forman's request services and burial will be private.
In lieu of flowers donations in his memory may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
