Robert F. Fisk, Sr.
Stratham - Robert F. Fisk, Sr., 83, of Stratham died, June 21, 2011 at the Rockingham County Nursing Home, Brentwood.
He was born August 17, 1927 in Exeter, NH the son of the late George F. and Beulah (McLane) Fisk.
Mr. Fisk was a graduate of Exeter High School. An entrepreneur, he started his automotive career at Foss Motors as the General Manager, owned and operated Bob's Auto Clinic in Stratham and prior to this he was a flock Supervisor for the former Nichols Poultry Farm.
The family would like to thank the nurses and staff of Driscoll 2 for the kindness and compassion shown to their family while Mr. Fisk was a patient.
Family members include his wife of 65 years, Frances G. (Brown) Fisk of Stratham, two sons, Robert F. Fisk, Jr. of Portland, ME, Craig Fisk and his wife, Judy of Stratham, two daughters, Lynda Fisk-Cote of Exeter and Bonnie Gustafson and her husband, Brian of Barrington, two grandchildren, Brittany Gustafson and Eric Gustafson of Barrington, one brother, William Fisk and his wife, Marge of Farmington. Also survived by aunts, cousins, nieces and nephews and lifelong friends.
A Celebration of his life will be held at the Stockbridge Funeral Home, 141 Epping Road, Exeter, Saturday at 10 AM, Relatives and friends are respectfully invited and may call at the funeral home Friday from 4-7 PM. If desired donations may be made to the Rockingham VNA/Hospice, 137 Epping Road, Exeter, NH 03833.
