Mary Lou Hauser Fehrmann

Mary Lou Hauser Fehrmann has transitioned to another plane that most assuredly is first class!

She passed peacefully from this earth at 10:10 pm on July 2, 2015 at her son, Frederick and daughter in law Kimberly's home in New Hampshire. She is preceded in death by her husband George L. Fehrmann and her sister Shirley Hauser Vorsteg and Brother George Hauser.

Born in Baltimore County Maryland September 29,1932 to George Hauser and Ruth Shores Hauser she worked for the Corp of Engineers out of High School transcribing documents from WWI. She also sang at the Local USO club where she met George who swept her off her feet.

With many moves through out their lives together, Mary Lou and George spent their best years in the Franklin/Nashville area where they developed long lasting friendships and became a major force in raising awareness for various charity groups such as the American Cancer Society and Easter Seals.

Mary Lou, always one with an infectious laugh, will be remembered for her quick wit and love of jokes along with her taste for wine, vodka tonics and generous gifts to help support charities close to her heart. She always put the "Extra" in Ordinary and tried to pass that on to anyone she met.

Surely she and George are playing a card game of hand an foot, enjoying a glass of fun and laughing at lots of jokes.

Thanks Mary Lou for being part of our lives!

In lieu of flowers please donate to the American Cancer Society, Easter Seals or your favorite charity.
