Barbara Esten

Barbara Chilcott Esten, 90, of Exeter, NH, died peacefully on September 18th, 2015 at Riverwoods RC among family and friends.

Barbara is predeceased by her parents, James C. and Mona (Whitlock) Chilcott.

She is survived by her two sisters, Joan McKenna and Diane Carson and her husband, Thomas, of Denver, CO, and her four loving children, Anthony Esten of Lake Worth, FL, James Esten and his wife Karen of Denver CO, Jonathan Esten and his wife Margi of Redding, Conn, and Jennifer Esten of New London, NH. Barbara is also survived by her seven grandchildren, James Esten and Amy Worrell of Denver, CO, Nathaniel, Christian and Wiley Esten of New York, Noah Starr of Framingham, MA and Nicholas Starr of Denver, CO.

She is also predeceased by her former husband and father of her children, Nathaniel S. Esten.

A private service will be held in Bangor, Maine. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Loon Preservation Committee, 183 Lees Mill Rd, Moultonborough, NH 03254, Or N.H. Audubon, 84 Silk Rd, Concord, NH 03301
