Exeter – Leo W. Desroches, 83, of Exeter died Tuesday, July 15, 2014 at the Portsmouth Regional Hospital.

A lifelong resident of Exeter he was born May 18, 1931 the son of the late Leo J. and Grace (Milbury) Desroches.

He was a graduate of Exeter High School and a veteran of the US Navy. He worked at the Portsmouth Naval Ship Yard for many years and owned and operated his own business Décor with his wife, Mary.

Family members include his wife, Mary E. (Haley) Desroches, his daughters, Karen LeMire, Joanne Beaman and Jayne Greely, five grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren, his sister, Yvonne Higgins.

He was predeceased by his brother, Earl Desroches.

At his request, services and burial will be private. Arrangements are by the Stockbridge Funeral Home, Exeter.
