John “Jack” A. Beaton

Stratham – John “Jack” Beaton, 17, of Stratham died Sunday, October 2, 2016 in Stratham.

He was born June 10, 1999 in El Paso, Texas the son of Douglas R. and Amy K. (Morissette) Beaton.

Jack lived in Stratham most of his life and was a senior at Exeter High School. He attended Berwick Academy for a year where he enjoyed playing varsity baseball and junior varsity hockey. While at Exeter High School, he played junior varsity hockey, enjoyed surfing, skateboarding, writing and making music and spending time with his friends. He also volunteered as a skating coach for children and adults with special needs.

In addition to his parents, family members include his sister, Annabelle G. Beaton, his paternal grandparents, Joseph and Jeannie Beaton, his maternal grandparents, Robert and Susan Morissette, several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Visiting hours will be held at the Stockbridge Funeral Home, 141 Epping Road, Exeter, Monday, October 10th from 3 - 7 PM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited. Services will be held Tuesday, October 11th at 11 AM at Christ Church Episcopal, 43 Pine Street, Exeter. All are welcome. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Conner’s Climb Foundation at http://www.connorsclimb.org/. Private burial will be in the Maple Lane Cemetery.
