Brentwood – Patricia M. Batchelder, 59, of Brentwood formerly of Exeter, died Monday, February 17, 2014 at the Rockingham County Nursing Home in Brentwood.

She was born in Exeter, October 29, 1954 the daughter of the late Richard and Marion (Dyer) Batchelder, Sr.

Pat was a graduate of Winnacunnet High School and worked for S.A.U #16 as an administrative assistant for Tom Meehan for many years. She had previously worked for the former Exeter Banking Company.

She enjoyed music, dancing and was a huge Elvis Presley Fan.

Family members include her daughter, Stephanie (Minnon) Brackett and her husband, Joseph of Exeter, her grandchildren, twins, Kaden and Kallie Brackett, her siblings, Eva Matheney of Hampton, Richard Batchelder and his wife, Judy of W. Lebanon, ME, Lois McCoy and her husband, Harold of Stratham, Mary Eldridge and her husband Roy of Ossipee, David Batchelder and his wife, Linda of Pompano, FL, Rodney Batchelder and his wife, Susan of Portsmouth, Stephen Batchelder and his wife, Helene of Stratham, Brian Batchelder and his wife, Kathy of Wakefield, Nathan and his wife, Brenda of Stratham and Kathleen Burgess and her husband, Richard of Ashland, NH, Also survived by many nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her grandson, Cody Brackett.

Services will be held at the United Methodist Church, Route 27, Exeter, Friday at 11 AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited and may visit with the family Thursday from 5-8 PM at the Stockbridge Funeral Home, 141 Epping Road, Exeter. Burial will be in the Exeter Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Multiple Sclerosis Foundation, Seacoast Chapter or the Cody Brackett Scholarship Fund, c/o Provident Bank, Portsmouth Avenue, Exeter, NH 03833.
